一、基本信息
袁斌，副教授、博士生导师，博士、工商管理博士后，山东省高等学校“青年创新团队计划”团队负责人、知网高被引学者。2018年毕业于南京农业大学农林经济管理专业，担任国家自然科学基金同行评议专家、教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心评审专家等，同时兼任《Marine Development》青年编委。
研究方向：海洋产业管理、海洋资源与环境经济、农业经济与政策
